Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided for any goods returned to Nature Space, unopened in their original packaging and within 10 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.

Warranty

Nature Space Limited offers a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Some exclusions apply*. Accessories and bonus items are not covered by the warranty.

The customer must check the item immediately and report any problems (by email or phone) within 7 days of receiving the item. If the goods you receive are faulty upon you receiving them, we will remedy the problem. If the product can not be fixed Nature Space will either replace the product or fully reimburse. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.

Warranty is valid in New Zealand only.

*Warranty does not cover

• commercial use
• normal wear & tear
• misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed
• neglect and careless usage and/or storage
• unauthorised repairs
• failure to maintain the product

Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested from the customer as proof of damage.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

Nature Space will process your order the next business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day.

Our products are made to order, although some stock is held, therefore our delivery times will vary. We will send you an email notifying you of the expected delivery time and also when your order has been shipped. Please allow 15 working days for delivery within New Zealand. Please note that delivery times may change without notice at any time, according to the nature of the product and our production processes.

Delivery Fees and Packaging

FREE** Delivery in the Nelson area ie from Hira to Stoke. Delivery to Richmond is $5 ** and to Wakefield $10 **. If delivery is beyond these areas it will by courier.

** For orders over $50. If less than $50, a minimum $5 base fee will be charged.

Local delivery comes assembled. If delivery is by courier larger items come as a kitset with easy to follow instructions.
